Legionella Master Class - 8th November 2016
Topics to be covered are:-
Identifying Hot & Cold Water Systems
This event is intended to suit the following…
Qualified legionella assessors looking for a real opportunity to resolve any issues that have arisen since they started practicing, the chance to compare experiences with other assessors and the opportunity to compare the structure and content of some of the different Legionella reports that are available.
Trainee legionella assessors looking to build the knowledge needed to pass the course and to hit the road running when they qualify.
Anyone considering becoming a legionella assessor and wanting to know what it entails.
Anyone in associated strands such as DEAs who want to know more about legionella risk and assessment even if they don’t anticipate doing assessments themselves (this should be considered relevant CPD for DEAs and NDEAs).
Note – This event does not lead directly to a qualification, but will cover much of the knowledge needed for someone seeking to qualify. CPD certificates will be issued.
This event is provided in conjunction with Elmhurst and is timed to finish at 3:30pm to allow Elmhurst (former NES) members to also attend the Elmhurst meeting in Exeter at 4:00pm.
Because this is timed to run prior to the Elmhurst event, but still leave the morning clear for attendees, there is no lunch break and you may wish to ‘grab an early bite’ before it starts. There will be tea/coffee and biscuits at the 12:00 start time and again during a brief break at 2:00 pm.
This event is priced at £35 for DCHI members and £50 for non-members.
